ways we might work together
offerings
these are evolving practices, shape-shifting and moving with me. each one is an invitation into slowness, into listening, into the kind of attention that lets something true rise up between us.

listening hands
an hour or so in which your body is met slowly, with fluid movements, mindful touch, and therapeutic acupressure.my touch, inspired by the principles of zenthai shiatsu, is listening touch rather than fixing. rooted in presence, curiosity, and care, each session invites space for grounding, softness, movement, and connection. my hands ask. your breath answers.together, we follow what is here — creating room for the body to be met as whole, and for whatever is alive to unfold in its own time.

deep rest
rest as resistance. rest as repair.in the present paradigm that constantly asks us to keep going, deep rest is an invitation to pause. to soften. to let ourselves be held for a while.drawing from yin yoga, yoga nidra, and sound, these sessions create space for tired bodies, busy minds, and overloaded nervous systems to settle into a different rhythm. not rest as preparation for doing more, but rest as a practice of remembering what is alive.a space for groups of all kinds to slow down together — in homes, forests, workplaces, and wherever there is room to exhale.

threshold companionship
for the in-between times, unraveling, becoming, and not-yet-knowing.much of life unfolds at thresholds: beginnings and endings, arrivals and departures, grief and transformation, the awkward and often painful moments when an old story no longer fits and a new one has not yet emerged.through one-to-one accompaniment, circles, rituals, and collective gatherings, i offer spaces to slow down, listen deeply, and honor what is changing.a practice of walking alongside, with presence, curiosity, and care.

learning together
workshops, circles, and collective inquiries exploring how we live, relate, and act within the systems we are part of.rooted in practices of embodied activism, allyship, community building, systems awareness, and collective transformation, these spaces invite us to learn with and from one another. to make compost of what no longer serves life. to deepen our capacity to respond to the times we are living through with courage, imagination, and care.i facilitate these spaces individually and in collaboration with others, often through restory and its wider ecosystem of practitioners, organizers, and community weavers. gatherings can be created for organizations, conferences, festivals, retreats, communities, friendship groups, or other collectives seeking space for reflection, learning, and practice.each offering is shaped by the people in the room and the questions that call for our attention.

what holds this work
guiding principles
a few quiet commitments that shape how i show up — with you, with myself, with the world we are tending together.
relationship before outcome
we begin by arriving with one another. nothing useful unfolds without the slow weaving of trust.
the body as first teacher
the body knows before the mind catches up. i follow its pace and listen for what it is already saying.
rest as resistance
in a world that measures worth by output, choosing rest is a quiet refusal — and a return to dignity.
liberation is collective
none of us is free until all of us are free. this work is part of a much larger weave of remembering.
beauty protects our souls
beauty is not a distraction from the work. alongside grief and anger, joy, wonder, laughter, and awe help us remember what we are protecting and what we are growing toward.
staying with complexity
life rarely offers simple answers. i choose curiosity over certainty, and trust that wisdom often lives in the questions we cannot quickly resolve.
how we exchange
reciprocity
the practices shared here are gifts i have received from many teachers, communities, places, and lineages. i share them with gratitude, and i am grateful for every opportunity to continue learning through offering them.
rather than working with fixed prices, i prefer to approach each exchange through conversation. depending on the context, resources available, and what feels possible for everyone involved, this may take different forms. i am interested in reciprocity more than transaction. in finding ways of supporting one another that feel generous, grounded, and sustainable.
this might involve financial exchange. it might involve collaboration, mutual support, resource sharing, or other forms of contribution. together, we can find what feels aligned.
i believe many of us have inherited stories of scarcity that make generosity, trust, and interdependence feel risky. yet i continue to be inspired by the possibility that another way of relating is available to us — one rooted in reciprocity, gratitude, and care.
if something here calls to you, i would love to hear from you.
